When should I arrive at Escape?

We recommend you arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment. This will give you time to relax and unwind this will also help us keep our appointments on schedule. If this is your first visit or a new treatment allow enough time before your treatment to fill in any relevant consultation forms.

What if I am late?

We operate a busy salon and our appointments are precious. We endeavor to accommodate all our clients so please respect our time. If you arrive late, we will finish your treatment on time as not to inconvenience our next client, however our fee remains the same.

Appointments…

We encourage our clients to schedule appointments in advance to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist is available. If you have supplied your contact details you will receive a SMS reminder and appointments for those busy people can be made and changed on line. Please when changing appointments allow us as much notice as possible so there is the opportunity to have it filled by someone else.

Your time…

Your time with us is all about you. We want you to experience pure bliss, so whether it is the music, the amount of pressure in your massage or the room temperature, or after a silent treatment  please let us know.

cancellation policy

we require a 25% deposit on booking your appointment. failure to provide at least 24 hours notice to cancellation will result in loss of deposit. We cannot complete your booking without a deposit.

My product is unsuitable for my skin. What now?

This is not a problem. Come back to Escape and give us the opportunity to further analyze your skin. We will endeavor to recommend a product which is more suitable.
